 Handy Motorsport are a team currently competing in the 57th edition of the British Touring Car Championship, having made their debut at the start of the season.[2]

Current Season[]

Handy Motorsport are running a Toyota Avensis with support from Speedworks Motorsport (whom originally developed the car) for the 2014 season.[3] Their driver for the season is Simon Belcher, who has worked with the team since they started in the Renault Clio Cup in 2012.[2] 

History[]

Handy Motorsport were founded in 2001 to race in the Legends Cars Championship, with Simon Belcher as their main man.[2] Belcher was very successful, claiming numerous victories, before the team launched their "Project BTCC" in 2011.[2] The team moved to the Renault Clio Cup, with Belcher claiming the Master's crown two years running, before the team moved on the BTCC for the 2014 season.[2]

Working alongside Speedworks Motorsport, Handy Motorsport ran a Toyota Anvensis in the 2014 season, with Belcher as their only driver.[4]
